fips-15/  This directory contains binaries and documentation for the FIPS
          utility, which allows you to non-destructively shrink the size of
          an MS-DOS partition in order to make room for Linux.

fips-15c/ This is a new experimental version of FIPS which can deal with some
          types of FAT32 partitions.  As always, it would be a good idea to back
          up any important data before attempting to resize your DOS partitions.
