Summary:
The document is ready for publication as a standard track RFC.
Since the document defines a set of object it was not easy for me to read it without first reading draft-ietf-regext-data-escrow-05. The introduction reference this document. As for the syntax , as a genart reviewer I did not verify its correctness but noticed that there are known implementations.
