A large part of this draft consists of media type definitions which
appear correct, and I assume they have been through the required expert
review. I could not find any significant issues.

I noticed several places where an upper-case MAY is used unnecessarily IMHO,
and a plain English lower case "may" would be fine:

- all three MAYs in the Introduction;

- the first sentence of section 3;

- all three MAYs in the last paragraph of the Security Conisderations.
