About Hair Max International,Inc.

Hairmax International, Inc. is a Business Development Company (BDC) operated pursuant to the Investment Company Act of 1940. A BDC holds various enterprises as investments, and seeks to develop companies in which it has a strategic position. Currently, Hairmax International’s, main focus is the development and aggressive launching of its hair-care salon concept. The hair-care industry is nearly a $50 billion per year market. Hairmax is the branded name of its beauty and hair salon business. Hairmax International’s wholly owned subsidiary, Hairmax of Florida, Inc. has commenced its initial acquisitions in Florida, to be trailed by national rollout. Most recently, Hairmax International is negotiating an acquisition of an exclusive South Beach, Florida hair and beauty salon with reported annual sales of $1.5 million. The South Beach area of South Florida has long been a destination for celebrities and television personalities reputation, and the proposed acquisition target salon has an established a reputation as a popular beauty spot for tourists as well as locals. Hairmax International’s strategic goal is to acquire Mom and Pop hair salons, branding them under the Hairmax salon umbrella, thereby strengthening its corporate muscle. The Hairmax roll-up is both ambitious and opportunistic, in that there is only one other public company in the U.S. that has a similar “footprint”. That giant footprint happens to belong to Regis Corp. (NYSE:RGS). Regis currently operates over 12,000 hair care salons nationwide, is generating in excess of $1 billion in annual sales and actively trades in the $41.00 per share range. Hairmax International (OTCBB: HRMX) on the other hand is currently trading at $0.075 per share.

On a global level, Management is strategically focused on continued growth by acquisition, and has opened a Business Development office in China. China’s nearly 1.3 billion population provides huge opportunities for the beauty business allowing the Hairmax International an aggressive plan for increased sales. According to the Chinese Association of Hairstylists and Beauticians, “beauty and hairdressing has been the fastest growing service section in the Mainland in recent years.” There are 1.2 million beauty and hairstyling operations in China, employing more than 6 million people and grossing nearly $3 billion in annual revenues.

SRPI has been a Big Hit with the market of Food Products and Services. The FLA-USA logo is nationally and internationally recognized as the official symbol of Florida .
  • Sun Rayz Products has also entered into a $100 million contract to sell, manufacture, and containerize products for Shinsegae Food Systems, which focuses on the Discount Store Market for Korean Consumers, and is 50 million customers strong. With product placement, Florida labeling and container designing for stores in Korea , this is to be a foothold into the global markets.

Michael Goeree, President & C.E.O. of Sun Rayz Products, Inc. commented in the press release announcing the contract that "The Korean orange juice industry was worth more than $ 300 million USD in 2003. Shinsegae is aggressively targeting the market, and is strategically poised to seize a sizeable percentage of the market through its large chain of discount stores, utilizing the FLA-USA brand.

The Labeling Agreements with the “Club” market of Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, and Target chains (with stores and memberships throughout the United States and Mexico ), put SRPI under our spotlight and many more major announcements are expected from Sun Rayz Products.

  • Additionally, Sun Rayz Products recently announced the acquisition of two companies that will substantially increase their product line and revenue.
  • SRPI has partnered with the State of Florida to bring and market Florida products nationally and internationally.
  • SRPI is has also acquired three companies to date to increase their product base. We feel that other states and governmental entities will, for their own economic concerns, follow Florida 's' lead and reap the market with SRPI , the industry leader.

Rarely does this publication review small pink sheet companies; however we first told our readers about SRPI when it was trading for $ 0.88. As of Friday October 29, 2004 , SRPI was traded at $2.25/ share. Our staff at On-Line Alert News believes that this stock is intensifying for explosive market growth.

We and other publications such as Investors Business Daily - Breaking News (Sept, 2004), Entrepreneur Report (Aug 2004), Stockbroker.com Report (Aug 2004), and Market Pulse Magazine believe in this company and its' directors, and there are rumors of a major investment publication interviewing the company for its' monthly publication.

The error can be found towards the end of section 2.9.2.3 on numbered page 30 of the RFC. The current text says this: "A acknowledgement response notes the number of messages remaining in the queue and the ID of the next message available for retrieval." The text should say this: "A acknowledgement response notes the ID of the message that has been acknowledged and the number of messages remaining in the queue." The correct text appeared in an earlier version of the Internet-Draft that became RFC 3730. I can not recall what led to the change, and I can not find any record of a discussion in the mailing list archives to document the change. Unfortunately this change was not detected and corrected during the review periods that took place prior to publication as an RFC. -Scott- From owner-ietf-provreg@cafax.se Mon Nov 22 09:08:14 2004 Received: from ietf-mx.ietf.org (ietf-mx.ietf.org [132.151.6.1]) by ietf.org (8.9.1a/8.9.1a) with ESMTP id JAA00826 for ; Mon, 22 Nov 2004 09:08:13 -0500 (EST) Received: from nic.cafax.se ([192.71.228.17]) by ietf-mx.ietf.org with esmtp (Exim 4.33) id 1CWEuz-0005g2-Gh for provreg-archive@ietf.org; Mon, 22 Nov 2004 09:11:50 -0500 Received: from nic.cafax.se (localhost [127.0.0.1]) by nic.cafax.se (8.12.11/8.12.11) with ESMTP id iAMDtS2R014815 for ; Mon, 22 Nov 2004 14:55:28 +0100 (MET) Received: (from majordom@localhost) by nic.cafax.se (8.12.11/8.12.11/Submit) id iAMDtSHj018543 for ietf-provreg-outgoing; Mon, 22 Nov 2004 14:55:28 +0100 (MET) X-Authentication-Warning: nic.cafax.se: majordom set sender to owner-ietf-provreg@cafax.se using -f Received: from gw.domain-registry.nl (gw1.domain-registry.nl [193.176.144.139]) by nic.cafax.se (8.12.11/8.12.11) with ESMTP id iAMDtSOO022339 for ; Mon, 22 Nov 2004 14:55:28 +0100 (MET) Received: (from root@localhost) by gw.domain-registry.nl (8.9.3c/8.6.12) id OAA59693 for ; Mon, 22 Nov 2004 14:55:21 +0100 (CET) Received: by gw1.domain-registry.nl (TUNIX txp2/smap) for id sma059455; Mon, 22 Nov 04 14:54:05 +0100 X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft Exchange V6.0.6249.0 content-class: urn:content-classes:message MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Subject: RE: [ietf-provreg] FW: RFC 3730 Erratum Date: Mon, 22 Nov 2004 14:54:05 +0100 Message-ID: <4F9D157E1D347A4E9EBCE02C45FE8110673156@sidn2002000.sidn.nl> Thread-Topic: [ietf-provreg] FW: RFC 3730 Erratum Thread-Index: AcTQlT738B4RxcxeTgGJSUlP3ViIcwABN/sA From: "Marc Groeneweg" To: Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit X-MIME-Autoconverted: from quoted-printable to 8bit by nic.cafax.se id iAMDtSOO023719 Sender: owner-ietf-provreg@cafax.se Precedence: bulk X-Spam-Score: 0.0 (/) X-Scan-Signature: 798b2e660f1819ae38035ac1d8d5e3ab Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Scott, > FYI: I sent this erratum to the RFC Editor earlier this week. > It was first > described on this list by Jim Gould in August: SNAP > The text should say this: > > "A acknowledgement response notes the ID of the > message that has been > acknowledged and the number of messages remaining in the queue." Here's a revised erratum as just sent to the RFC Editor: It has been brought to my attention and I have confirmed a small error in the text of RFC 3730, "Extensible Provisioning Protocol (EPP)". The error can be found towards the end of section 2.9.2.3 on numbered page 30 of the RFC. The current text says this: "A acknowledgement response notes the number of messages remaining in the queue and the ID of the next message available for retrieval." The text should say this: "A acknowledgement response notes the ID of the message that has been acknowledged and the number of messages remaining in the queue." Additionally, the last example at the bottom of page 30 must be revised to map correctly to the new text. The line: S: should be changed to: S: The correct text appeared in an earlier version of the Internet-Draft that became RFC 3730. I can not recall what led to the change, and I can not find any record of a discussion in the mailing list archives to document the change. Unfortunately this change was not detected and corrected during the review periods that took place prior to publication as an RFC. -Scott- From tevspltgtakygm@yahoo.com Mon Nov 22 10:46:36 2004 Received: from ietf-mx.ietf.org (ietf-mx.ietf.org [132.151.6.1]) by ietf.org (8.9.1a/8.9.1a) with ESMTP id KAA09833; Mon, 22 Nov 2004 10:46:36 -0500 (EST) Received: from host50.foretec.com ([65.246.255.50] helo=mx2.foretec.com) by ietf-mx.ietf.org with esmtp (Exim 4.33) id 1CWGSD-0002OV-Ll; Mon, 22 Nov 2004 10:50:14 -0500 Received: from [81.198.182.87] (helo=65.246.255.50) by mx2.foretec.com with smtp (Exim 4.24) id 1CWGWd-0005VT-6L; Mon, 22 Nov 2004 10:54:48 -0500 Received: from 213.64.46.203 by 81.198.182.87; Mon, 22 Nov 2004 20:44:32 +0500 Message-ID: From: "Odell Weiss" Reply-To: "Odell Weiss" To: policy@ietf.org, pr@ietf.org, proceedings@ietf.org, provreg-archive@ietf.org Subject: But you're confused, afraid, and you don't know where to turn. Now You Can Stop Your Divorce and Re-Gain the Love From Your Spouse - Even When You Think its Too Late! I'll show you what to say and do to bring your divorce to a screeching halt and get you're relationship back on track - even when you are the only one who wants to! Dear Friend, I must commend you on wanting to save your marriage. Many people give up on their relationship way too early, only to live with regret. You are most likely very confused, scared and emotionally torn up inside. These feelings are normal, but just be glad these feelings won't be around much longer, because the strategies and tactics that I provide for you in "How to Stop Your Divorce" will make you realize that you are marriage can and will be saved! Your situation is not as unique as you may think. Many married couples face the same dilemmas in their relationship, which is why it is easier than you may think to fix. You just need the advice from someone who has the experience. No marriage, especially yours, is hopeless. The mutual love and companionship you and your spouse once shared CAN be revived. I will share many case examples and exercises from which your marriage will heal but the most common thing I hear is, "My spouse tells me he/she does not love me anymore". I will show you what to say and do to make your spouse realize this is not true. Here is How I Can Help You Save Your Relationship! Here Are a Few Tactics That Can Begin Making a Difference! 1. Do not try to immediately change your spouse's feelings. Instead try to make him or her understand what it is they love about you. Almost always people simply forget why they are in love and only need to be reminded. 2. Figure out what it is your spouse wants or needs. You can't win your spouse's love without knowing what. 3. When your spouse provides feedback or makes a remark, never act defensively. Instead, absorb it and learn from it. 4. Never label your spouse's actions or statements. Statements like "That doesn't make any sense" or "do I have to hear this again" is nothing more than another form of name-calling. LATEST NEWS IS BEST OF ALL!
Savvy investors say this latest press release is “ stronger than a garlic milkshake ”.

Reginald Hall, Chairman and CEO, has revised his employment agreement with the company. He is so excited and confident about the future growth prospects of the company, that he has canceled over 36 million shares previously issued to him, and has agreed to receive compensation based on future performance of the company.

See Press Release: http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/041119/195236_1.html

Since this represents more than half of the issued and outstanding shares of stock in the company, it won't take the market long to realize that the price per share should double in value.

That's good news…but it gets better!

At the same time Mr. Hall cancelled his stock, the company approved a 5 for 1 forward stock split. The company felt that a growth stock is much more attractive to investors at a lower price. (Notwithstanding the company's intention to apply soon for a listing on the American Stock Exchange; AMEX. ) Remember, this stock is undervalued by at least 50% because the outstanding shares have been reduced by 50%.

Press Release: http://biz.yahoo.com / pz/041029/66580.html

This stock will not go unnoticed long. We predict this stock will soar to the $6.00 to $8.00 dollar/share range by the end of the year!!!

•  Timing is perfect
•  The Homeland Security sector is hot.
•  Company fundamentals are sound, with strong leadership.
•  Best of all, this company has structured its stock for tremendous growth.

Here's a revised erratum as just sent to the RFC Editor: It has been brought to my attention and I have confirmed a small error in the text of RFC 3730, "Extensible Provisioning Protocol (EPP)". -Scott- Return-Path: Received: from nic.cafax.se (localhost [127.0.0.1]) by nic.cafax.se (8.12.11/8.12.11) with ESMTP id iAMFMtpf017199 for ; Mon, 22 Nov 2004 16:22:55 +0100 (MET) Received: (from majordom@localhost) by nic.cafax.se (8.12.11/8.12.11/Submit) id iAMFMtEp001930 for ietf-provreg-outgoing; Mon, 22 Nov 2004 16:22:55 +0100 (MET) X-Authentication-Warning: nic.cafax.se: majordom set sender to owner-ietf-provreg@cafax.se using -f Received: from hm-pop1.solinus.com (hm-pop1.solinus.com [66.18.18.33]) by nic.cafax.se (8.12.11/8.12.11) with ESMTP id iAMFMsEP029887 for ; Mon, 22 Nov 2004 16:22:54 +0100 (MET) Received: FROM unknown ([193.109.220.222]) BY hm-pop1.solinus.com (Hostmail) FOR ; Mon, 22 Nov 2004 15:22:50 -0000 (GMT) Subject: RE: [ietf-provreg] FW: RFC 3730 Erratum From: Asbjorn S Mikkelsen To: "'ietf-provreg@cafax.se'" In-Reply-To: <7468147AEE316B41B3B55152959CE21848F2B4@dul1wnexm05.vcorp.ad.vrsn.com> References: <7468147AEE316B41B3B55152959CE21848F2B4@dul1wnexm05.vcorp.ad.vrsn.com> Content-Type: text/plain Organization: GNR Ltd Message-Id: <1101136969.1032.79.camel@localhost> Mime-Version: 1.0 X-Mailer: Ximian Evolution 1.4.6 Date: Mon, 22 Nov 2004 15:22:49 +0000 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Sender: owner-ietf-provreg@cafax.se Precedence: bulk Hi Scott, I think Marc is referring to the example on page 29 of RFC 3730. It's the example coding from the S-side where line 10 gives: S: Shouldn't this be: S: ? Ok, it's a minor one, but in context with the changed text. It was first described on this list by Jim Gould in August: http://www.cafax.se/ietf-provreg/maillist/2004-08/msg00001.html -Scott- -----Original Message----- From: Scott Hollenbeck [mailto:sah@428cobrajet.net] Sent: Wednesday, November 17, 2004 1:22 PM To: rfc-editor@rfc-editor.org Cc: sah@428cobrajet.net; iesg@ietf.org Subject: RFC 3730 Erratum Ii has been brought to my attention and I have confirmed a small error in the text of RFC 3730, "Extensible Provisioning Protocol (EPP)". -Scott-
