The four languages are specified in different sections of a single document (MIL-PRF-28002). The document falls under a broader standard document designated as MIL-STD-1840. I agree with James Babcock that the language level concept doesn't apply to these four separate US DOD plotter languages, so we need separate enums. James Babcock has provided us with all of the MIME types, so documentation is easy. I'll be happy to write up the new fragment of the TC to add these six, if you want. Then we can fold them into our new draft for the RFC Editor in the immediate future. I would like to request the following additions to prtInterpreterLangFamilyTC: Language Designator Associated MIME type CGM image/cgm JPEG image/jpeg CALS1 application/cals-1840 CALS2 application/cals-1840 NIRS (aka NIFF) application/cals-1840 C4 application/cals-1840 As you can see, the last four languages correspond to a single MIME type. The four languages are specified in different sections of a single document (MIL-PRF-28002). The document falls under a broader standard document designated as MIL-STD-1840. To me it doesn't appear that the idea of different level designations for languages applies to these four items, but that decision is up to the PWG. Jim James A.
